How this adventure goes:

Meeting point is in Lisbon by the zoo, an easy and acessible point to everyone. Ride in a confortable van or jeep to our hometown, Setubal. Enjoy the views at the famous clone of the golden gate bridge and the replica of one of the seven wonders of the world. The first stop will be at the Market of Livramento, one of the best in the world according to the American magazine The Times. After enjoying a typical fishermen's breakfast and seeing the local offer of fresh food and products, head to the Arrábida Nature Park. Get a panoramic view over the park at the highest viewpoint. Take a swim at one of the most idyllic beaches and discover a hidden cave not known by many. Lunch takes place in a true portuguese restaurant by the sea with freshest ingredients you could ask for and finish the day by visiting one of the local wineries for a tour and wine tasting of 3 different wines. Return happy, full, tired and with new friends!

Trip Itinerary

9:30 AM -Pick up in Lisbon
We will meet you at the front gate of Lisbon’s Zoo. This is an easy and acessible meeting point for everyone.
10:15 AM - Market of Livramento in Setúbal
First stop takes place in this one of kind local market. We will mingle with our friends and locals, try some of our culinary and see the freshest offer of food this market offers.
11:20 AM - Viewpoints in Arrábida
A quick stop at one of the viewpoints that offer the best view over the Natural Park. Definitely your instagrammable moment here.
11:45 AM - Visit to a cave
We will visit one of the most caves of this park, learn about it’s history and some of it’s geological features. If you feel brave and hot there is also a chance here to go for a swim.
12:15 PM - Portinho da Arrábida / Creiro Beach
A rest stop so you can enjoy one of the most beatiful beaches of this paradise. Go for a swim, a walk, have a beer or just enjoy the sun. After we also grab lunch at one the restaurants here just 5 meters away from the water. (Lunch not included).
3:15 PM - Wine Tour & Tasting
Our last stop will take place in one of the wineries inside the park. You will have a guided tour to see the process of the wine manufacturing and finish the tour with a tasting a 3 different wines including the famous Moscatel of Setúbal, the exlibris of this area.
4:15 PM - Return to Lisbon
Drop off at the front gate of Lisbon’s Zoo.

Such a fabulous day out with both Miguel and Carolina! Booked it as a group of 5 for a friend's 30th birthday present and we all throughly enjoyed every aspect if the day - it was our highlight of our Lisbon holiday. The different stops during the trip were very varied, beautiful and interesting. It was very well organised, communication was good prior and during the tour and the day ran very smoothly. The hosts were fun to be around and it was nice to get to know the other people in our small tour group. The food and drinks were also some of the best we had during our entire trip ( fishermans breakfast, the seabass and chips and then the wine at the vineyard were absolutely delicious and a must!!) Carolina was such a fab and knowledgeable tour guide - Thanks for a brilliant and memorable day out! We wish both Miguel and Carolina all the best with their business and will 100% recommend them to any friends / family visiting.

I loved the visit to the cave and the wine tasting. Overall, the guide is a lovely person, very good with people, capable of creating a nice group atmosphere between people who don't know each other. Beautiful excursion on a naturalistic level: beautiful beach, good restaurant, beautiful panoramic points.

My wife and I had an absolute blast with Miguel. He’s a very easy going guy and listens to the group to try and make it the best experience for us. The view points were absolutely beautiful, I don’t want to spoil anything but this is a must try. The spot where you get to eat was my favourite spot through our honeymoon, he’s not lying when he tells you the food is amazing. If you want to check out Arrabida be sure to book with Miguel!
